Our international trading group produces and trade energy products. NAFT MINERALS act as the sales management for all our offered petroleum items. We are titleholder of our Oil & Gas and deliver our goods to end buyers and to physical traders. Our joint venture agreements with several international refineries insures and regulates the handling of our contract.

Our customers include global players from the travel and transportation industry, including global airlines, ocean shippers and distributors. Oil & gas commodities are not always produced close to where the demand is. Most of the world’s oil is produced in the Middle East, whilst most of the demand is in Asia.
We are not in the position to address our offers or contracts to intermediaries. After introducing us to the actual buyer they need to step aside and let buyer and seller close the deal – the commission will be paid by the seller. Any inquiry send to us that requires a NCNDA/IMFPA ahead of any POP shall and will be rejected. Furthermore we never send out offers without LOI or ICPO from the end buyer. Before we draft any SPA the buyer let his bank fill out and sign an RWA. Without this RWA letter we will not proceed as this is the key to make sure that the potential buyer has the funds and is really willing and able to proceed with the deal. The RWA must include that this funds are clean and clear. Lastly the buyer should be sure that his LOI or ICPO fits our operating procedures. We will work only with professional customers who are equally committed to our guiding principles of integrity, transparency, safe and legal banking procedures.
